Roger Webber - Chief Executive Officer

Roger Webber was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Magellan Technology in July 2010, having worked with Magellan for 18 months as Global Vice President Sales and Marketing. 

Mr. Webber previously spent 15 years in the gaming industry, including 5 years with Aristocrat and 7 years with  Progressive Gaming Inc, including 5 years as Vice President Asia Pacific.  He brings to Magellan a wealth of international business experience.

Raymond T. Frost -  Executive Chairman

Tim Frost is the current Executive Chairman of Magellan Technology Pty. Ltd.  He has been the President and CEO of Magellan since 1996 and the Executive Chairman and CEO since 2004.

In his commercial life Mr. Frost has 15 years experience as a Director and CEO, he has served on the Boards of companies listed on NASDAQ and on the Australian Stock Exchange.

Mr. Frost has extensive experience in the development of logistics technology, in RFID and in the application and writing of International Standards. He was co-author of the first ISO standard for RFID for shipping containers and was also the co-author of the IATA standard RP 1740c which deals with RFID for airline baggage.

Eleanor Jean Angus - Executive Director and Company Secretary

Eleanor Jean Angus is an Executive Director and the Company Secretary of Magellan Technology Pty. Ltd

As CEO of Magellan Corporation Pty Ltd she represents the largest shareholder in Magellan which founded Magellan Technology in 1985. In her ongoing capacity as Company Secretary Ms. Angus is responsible for the legal, IP and corporate business affairs of the Company. She assists the Chairman and the CEO with particular regard to licence matters, contracts and financial control. Ms. Angus has been a Director of Magellan since 1991, Company Secretary since 1997 and was the CFO from 1992 to the end of 2005. Her previous experience includes working in the banking industry and the management of several profitable small businesses involved in the transport and property industries in Western Australia. 

Anthony Gallagher - Chief Financial Officer

Anthony Gallagher was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Magellan Technology Pty Limited in January 2006

Having previously provided taxation, accounting and audit advice to the company. His role entails overseeing the financial and administrative functions as well as supporting the manufacturing and marketing functions of the company. Mr Gallagher has over twelve years experience in public accounting providing taxation, audit, company secretarial and business advice to a diverse range of businesses from small business to listed public companies and in industries from professional services, primary production, information technology and manufacturing.
